After upgrading AIQUM Windows to 9.13 or later, incremental backups are not taken

Applies to

  • Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM) for Windows
  • After upgrading AIQUM from 9.12 or earlier to 9.13 or later
  • The workaround for CAIQUM-3865 (BUG 1489957) was applied in a previous version

Issue

  • Full backups are taken instead of incremental backups
  • cumserver.log shows errors:

INFO  [oncommand] [task-scheduler-10] [Backup|ScheduleBackup] [c.n.d.i.b.MySqlDumpBackupManager] Starting regular incremental backup backup process
ERROR [oncommand] [task-scheduler-10] [Backup|ScheduleBackup] [c.n.d.i.b.MySqlDumpBackupManager] Error occured while taking regular incremental backup mysql dump
ERROR [oncommand] [task-scheduler-10] [Backup|ScheduleBackup] [c.n.d.i.b.MySqlDumpBackupManager] java.lang.Exception: The system cannot find the batch label specified - errorOut
