Active IQ Unified Manager does not generate an event for a status change on a Cluster object

Issue

  • An alert on a Cluster object (lun, volume, disk, aggregate, node, etc) is missed and within the UM web interface on the Events page, no evidence of an event for that object is found
  • In the ocumserver.log file, the following reconciliation errors are found

Note: the ocumserver.log file can be found in the UM Support Bundle server directory or the following directories on the UM host: 

  • RHEL/OVA: /var/log/ocum/
  • Windows: installationDrive:\ProgramData\NetApp\OnCommandAppData\ocum\log
