Active IQ Unified Manager does not generate an event for a status change on a Cluster object

Issue
- An alert on a Cluster object (lun, volume, disk, aggregate, node, etc) is missed and within the UM web interface on the Events page, no evidence of an event for that object is found
- In the
ocumserver.log
file, the following reconciliation errors are found
