Active IQ Unified Manager displays "404-Not Found" error when attempting to launch UI

  • Error "404 Not Found" is displayed when attempting to launch the Active IQ Unified Manager WebUI via the host URL.
  • Following error is observed in ocumserver.log
ERROR [pool-2-thread-4] c.o.s.a.f.m.ServiceManager ( - Acquisition is shutting down!
ERROR [pool-2-thread-4] c.o.u.s.RemoteAppSessionFactory ( - RemoteAppSessionFactory - Failed to communicate with the server (ejb:mega-app/acqServer//AcquisitionServerSessionBean!com.netapp.acquisition.aquisitionserverside.interfaces.remote.AcquisitionServerSession) - no retries left: EJBCLIENT000409: No more destinations are available org.jboss.ejb.client.RequestSendFailedException: EJBCLIENT000409: No more destinations are available
