Active IQ Unified Manager MySQL serviceĀ  periodically crashes, requiring the application to be restarted

Issue

  • MySQL server service associated with Active IQ Unified Manager will abruptly stop after 24 hours, requiring a restart of the application. 
  • Errors in the MySQL error log file contain an entry below around the time of the application crash.

Most likely, you have hit a bug, but this error can also be caused by malfunctioning hardware.
