Issue

  • AIQUM cluster discovery fails with DataSourceErrorException
  • Error in au.log :

ERROR [common-pool-0] c.o.s.a.f.d.BaseDataSource (DataSourceErrorException.java:244) - XX.XX.XX.XX [Error retrieving data] - Timed out waiting for cluster, recommend increasing timeout value ([Device name General Device]: Timed out waiting for cluster, recommend increasing timeout value) com.onaro.sanscreen.acquisition.framework.datasource.DataSourceErrorException: Timed out waiting for cluster, recommend increasing timeout value

  • Errors in server_acq.log:

ERROR [acq-facade-init-thread-ds-1] c.n.u.RestUtil (RestUtil.java:411) - Job Failed: Failed to establish connection for cloud agent instance "UnifiedManager_XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX". Reason: certificate-uuid exception occurred in message handler code.
ERROR [acq-facade-init-thread-ds-1] c.n.u.CloudAgentConnectionUtil (CloudAgentConnectionUtil.java:223) - Failed to establish connection for cloud agent instance "UnifiedManager_XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX". Reason: certificate-uuid exception occurred in message handler code.
ERROR [acq-facade-init-thread-ds-1] c.n.u.CloudAgentConnectionUtil (CloudAgentConnectionUtil.java:254) - Establishing connection with cluster XX.XX.XX.XX failed
 

  • Command cluster agent connection show on ONTAP returns empty:

cluster1::> cluster agent connection show
   This table is currently empty.

  • Errors in mgwd.log of ONTAP:

[kern_mgwd:info:3405] 0x820b28700: 0: ERR: amqp_mgmt_agent: get_cert_files:src/tables/amqp_mgmt_agent.cc:4071 Certificate with UUID "XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX" is not found.
