AIQUM becomes unresponsive frequently after upgrade to 9.18

Issue
- After upgrading AIQUM from 9.16P2 to 9.18, the application becomes unresponsive frequently and The UI is inaccessible.
- The OCIE service gets timed out and AIQUM requires a manual VM reboot to restore functionality.
