AIQUM GUI “Null value was assigned to a property of primitive type setter” Error while accessing the Alert setup page

Issue
- When attempting to access the Alert Setup page in Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM) and within the UM web interface, clicking on Health > Clusters > (Cluster Name) produces the following error message:
