Issue
- AIQUM upgrade from 9.11x to 9.12x or 9.13x fails with this error message:
The wizard was interrupted before ActiveIQ Unified Manager could be completely installed.
- Log to review is
netapp_um_install.log
and it is located atC:\Users\<Account used for install>\AppData\Local\Temp\
- error message:
TIME: XX:XX:XX INFO Custom Install Log:
output of checkSumFile.log in <Install dir>\NetApp\OnCommandAppData\ocum\log is =False. Aborting Installation as file is tampered. Please refer checksumOperations.log for more details.
InstallShield XX:XX:XX: Setup aborted
checksumOperations.log
shows this error message:
MD5 is not matching for ..\..\essentials\bin\replay\lib\log4j-core.jar file
