Issue

After upgrading Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM) on Windows, the first line of <install_dir>\ocum\etc\ocum.conf is removed, and autosupport.enabled = true is inserted in its place.
Example: If the first line contained initialSetupComplete = true, accessing the GUI displays the initial setup screen.
