CAIQUM-8329: NMSDK logs are not being properly rotated and cleaned up in Active IQ Unified Manager
Issue
/var/log space is filling up due to the /var/log/ocie/nmsdk/logs directory being overloaded with logrotate.status.tmp files and nmsdk.log.1.backup files not rotating properly, causing the syslog file to grow exponentially in size.
