CAIQUM-6870: AIQUM windows 9.14 has less events compared to other versions/other OS platforms of same version

Issue

  • AIQUM 9.14 Windows has some events missing on GUI
  • The list is long but an example of an missing event is: "Storage Failover State Takeover Impossible"
  • Issue seen when AIQUM Windows 9.14 is a fresh deployment
  • A fresh deployment of other versions of AIQUM (9.13P1/9.16) has all the events needed
  • Upgrade from 9.13P1 to 9.14 also shows all the events
  • 9.14 fresh installation on RHEL/OVA also shows all the events, so the issue is with Windows Fresh deployment
