Issue

  • Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM) service fails to start when install path is two or more levels deep from root of the drive
  • Acquisition service (Ocie-au) fails to start because acquisition log directory is not found.

Example: au.log when "C:\testdir1\testdir2" is specified as install path [WrapperStartStopAppMain] c.o.s.a.f.Main (Main.java:71) - Main - failed to start services: Failed to start acquisition - Failed to resolve acquisition log directory. C:\testdir1\testdir2\NetApp\essentials\au\bin\..\..\..\..\..\ProgramData\NetApp\OnCommandAppData does not exist com.onaro.sanscreen.acquisition.framework.FrameworkException: Failed to resolve acquisition log directory. C:\testdir1\testdir2\NetApp\essentials\au\bin\..\..\..\..\..\ProgramData\NetApp\OnCommandAppData does not exist
