Issue
- Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM) service fails to start when install path is two or more levels deep from root of the drive
- Acquisition service (Ocie-au) fails to start because acquisition log directory is not found.
Example: au.log when "C:\testdir1\testdir2" is specified as install path
