CAIQUM-5749: AIQUM 9.14RC1 cluster discovery fails as it does not populate au.log

Issue

  • AIQUM does not log all acquisition related events in au.log
  • Some of the acquisition details go to nmsdk.log
  • Acquisition tends to be stuck or failed as AIQUM try to update nmsdk.log too frequently
  • Sometimes nmsdk.log grew abnormally large in size and becomes unaccessible
  • Error shown in au.log:
