CAIQUM-4712: Cluster operation state shows "failed" in AIQUM with PKIX path building failed

Issue

  • Cluster operation state shows failed in AIQUM
  • Rediscovering the cluster fails
  • Restore operations via AIQUM fails for the cluster
  • If a cluster is not successfully configured due to this problem, nothing is shown in the Dashboard
  • Events are not generated/Alerts not triggered due to failed acquisition
  • Intermittent cluster monitoring events are generated
  • Errors seen in the ocumserver.log:
    • Caused by: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException:PKIX path building failed:
      sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException:unable to find valid certification path to requested target
