In this case, the zone database will also become corrupted after processing the command, and an extra semicolon is left at the end of the zone member list (either with or without additional characters afterwards, as shown above).

After opening the defined configuration, the zone(s) that were previously removed, are still present. While creating new Zone Aliases, the Connected Product Port names display the old value. However, under Inventory -> Storage Ports and on the SAN switch, these names are correct.
