The correct configuration has been entered and validated as per Configuring Single sign-on. When visiting the identity providers sign-on page, the site/login page appears. SSO Credentials are entered. After authentication page displays: Error Code: 500 "A configuration or network error is preventing authentication. See logs for details or contact Technical Support."
