Expectation is for ONTAP to respond back only when snapshot operation completes or ONTAP not initiating a snapshot creation considering a failure. Upon receiving failure in snapshot creation(cg-commit response) ,SnapCenter will unquiesce the Application and allow IO operation on the disk. This can result in Application crashing or Host side reboots.
