If the intercluster LIF is failed over from the port where it is hosted and there is a pathway to the object storage, there is no impact. If there is no valid failover port, the route to object storage is lost, which has an impact. If the Intercluster LIF on the HA partner node is not down, storage failover can work around the impact.
