Auto snapshot deletion doesn't send requests via MAV, and upon reaching the retention period snapshots will be deleted without requesting approvals. Additional Information Manual snapshot deletion operation execution can be prevented using MAV. If MAV is enabled with a snapshot deletion rule, then second-level authentication is required to successfully execute the command.
