The ZZZ Config Account is an auto-created account for a new SaaS Backup subscription
  • used for discovering Shared/Archive mailboxes and private groups
  • should have Exchange & Sharepoint permissions
  • should be excluded from MFA policies
  • to avoid discovery or backup failures, leave the account as is
