Issue

Backup of O365Groups or Archive mailboxes fails with error:
Failed to connect to Exchange Server - The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
 
This error may be accompanied by the message “EWS Failure from LoadItemsViaSoapAPK's call” in the detailed report.
 
Private groups may also fail with the error "Something went wrong. Please contact NetApp support"
