How to restore a deleted folder in a customer mailbox?

  • SaaS Backup for Microsoft Office 365 (SaaS)
  • Exchange Online (EXO)


A customer's folder has been deleted from their mailbox and needs to be restored
  • SaaS Backup takes incremental backups daily, capturing changes for that entire day
  • SaaS Backup does not offer Point-In-Time (PIT) restore
  • Deleted Items and folders are not displayed on SaaS UI but can still be restored with below procedure
