How to restore a deleted folder in a customer mailbox?

Description
A customer's folder has been deleted from their mailbox and needs to be restored
- SaaS Backup takes incremental backups daily, capturing changes for that entire day
 - SaaS Backup does not offer Point-In-Time (PIT) restore
 - Deleted Items and folders are not displayed on SaaS UI but can still be restored with below procedure
