Error " java.lang.NullPointerException" seen when trying to restore files/directory within OnCommand Unified Manager

1. Within the UM Web interface, expand the Health tab on the left.
2. Click Volumes.
3. Click the name of a Volume from where you want to restore files.
4. On the Volume page, click Actions > Restore.
5. Choose the desired Snapshot Copy from the dropdownlist and file/files you would like to restore.
6. Choose the location.
7. Click Restore.
