OnCommand System Manager couldn't display Events page

  • ONTAP 9.1

Issue

OnCommand System Manager displays error when:

  • Navigate to the Events page directly
  • Or Launch Dashboard and use EMS link in Alerts portlet 

It differs with different browsers:

  • For Chrome, the loading message is shown forever.
  • For Firefox, it displays the error below:

Invalid or incomplete XML received due to communication error or character encoding errors. (Error: 0)
