    • Answer

    • CVE-2024-43420 (INTEL-SA-01247) applies to Intel non-Xeon processors related to the Intel 2025.2 IPU stack.
    • NetApp E-Series and EF-Series systems do not ship with Intel Infrastructure Processing Unit (IPU).
    • NetApp products do not use Intel Mobile or Intel Atom® processors.
    Result:
    • NetApp E-Series and EF-Series systems are not affected by CVE-2024-43420.
    • No action or mitigation is required.
