Snapshots are not visible in AltaVault via CLI or GUI

Issue

In a cross platform, source: ONTAP 9.8 and destination: AltaVault have an active Snapvault relationship. At source end, the snapshots are being triggered and updated to the destination. However, in AVA environment, these snapshots are not visible in the share folders neither via GUI nor CLI.
