AltaVault NFS vol mounts disconnection due to Unexpected shut down

Issue

  • Multiple alerts are generated with subject "AltaVault Event on appliance_name: Unexpected shut down" causing AltaVault NFS volume disconnection.
  • Below event could also be seen from AltaVault system dump.

Jan 29 09:43:06 ava shutdown_check[4067]: Detected unexpected shutdown!
Jan 29 09:43:23 localhost mgmtd[5931]: [mgmtd.INFO]: System was not shut down normally.  An unexpected restart has been detected.

  • From Service Processor logs, following errors have been identified:
