Issue

Unable to scan Azure NetApp File shares within Classification

Cause

Connectivity to the Azure Active Directory was lost

Solution

Please create a NetApp Support Case and a Microsoft Azure Support case and refer to this KB

Internal Notes

Issue was with underlying MSFT AD that customer lost connection with. Ensure that customer is able to access ANF shares and have customer create a case with MSFT incase there are issues with the AD preventing scanning
