Issue

  • The NetApp Console > Governance  page within the NetApp Console fails to load.
  • The UI remains stuck on “loading” indefinitely, with no error messages displayed.
  • NetApp Console Agent is seen running on an older version than the latest available.
  • "docker ps" command output shows only 13 out of ~39/40 Docker containers are running on the Console Agent VM
  • Firewall Rules allow outbound internet connectivity (TCP/443 - HTTPS) for Console agent VM
