Applies to

Data Classification

Issue

  • The application failed to start or run. Attempts to restore the VM from backup did not resolve the issue due to disk space:
  • Relevant log output:

Filesystem      Size  Used Avail Use% Mounted on

    /dev/mapper/ubuntu--vg-ubuntu--lv 98G 95G 0 100% /

    ...

    Client: Docker Engine-Community

    Version: 29.3.0

    ...

Cause

  • The disk was not enough. The root filesystem was at 100% usage, preventing Data Classification services from starting.

  • At this time, docker version 29.x.x is not supported for Data Classification; only 28.x.x is currently recommended.
