Issue

  • When deploying Classification for the first time, NetApp Console shows:
Something went wrong

  • There are no previous Data Sense installations tied to NetApp Console. The option to uninstall Data Sense is grayed out.

Solution

  1. Try the following KB to clear any potential past Data Sense installations in NetApp Console.
  2. If the KB does not resolve the issue, re-deploy NetApp Console
