Issue

While performing a Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO)  upgrade from NetApp Console, the upgrade failed with the below error:
 
Operation Download Cluster Image failed with an error Expecting at least two active nodes to store the package, found one active node, exiting. Make sure the cluster has two active nodes before getting the package again.
