Unable to access volumes in Azure CVO

Issue
Some of the volumes on a CVO in Azure have become unavailable
Cause
- Encryption keys for one of the storage accounts were rotated
- This caused the affected storage account to become unavailable to the CVO
- The affected storage account housed 4 page blobs (data disks) that were a part of the affected aggregate
Solution
Follow the below KB to update the encryption keys in CVO
