Issue

  • ONTAP upgrade stated in NetApp BlueXP but hangs for an  indefinite amount of time
  • The upgrade appears to begin with notification "Upgrade started, and it may take 25 minutes to complete"

Internal Notes

  • ONTAP software image needs to be uploaded to BlueXP connector and applied manually.
