Load Balancer has failed in its health probe

Issue
- The health probe status is only completing 50%
- Both the cluster nodes and load balancer are working as expected.
- There are no specific errors seen on the CVO related to the load balancer.

Cause
- This is expected behavior / by-design. We don’t use the load balancer in a traditional way – instead, we use it to control access to our Floating IPs (theLIFs we have configured in the Load Balancer are the LIFs that can be migrated between node 1 and node 2).
- Having the healthy vs. unhealthy probes actually helps to direct traffic to the node where the LIF is at any given time.
Solution
- No action is required, can be safely ignored.
