Answer

No, Multi-Admin Verification (MAV) is not supported on CVO & FSx ONTAP.

Additional Information

Support for MAV is disabled for all providers Cloud Volume ONTAP & FSx ONATP , as it can break Cloud Manager tasks. 

Internal Notes

Both CVO and FSx not supported for MAV. In FSx, it is blocked by RBAC and in CVO, it is disabled by code as it can break Cloud Manager.
