Answer

No. 
When CVO goes shutdown due to scheduled downtime set up on Cloud Manager, Azure Snapshot is not created. Currently, no option to set up Azure Snapshot creation for scheduled shutdown.

Internal Notes

  • It is designed behaviour answered in CDS-2862.
  • There is option to take Azure Snapshot when shutdown CVO manually as below.

However, such option doesn’t exist for scheduled shutdown.
