Issue

  • Node 2 shows the disks in the object store as failed whereas the Node 1 sees them as healthy.
  • After sometime, the node reboots due to panic with the string DIAGNOSTIC PANIC Disk deleted or missing on cloud shared HA in SK process config_thread on release

Internal Notes

  • Reboot the node 1 by performing any of the below actions,
  1. Perform Takeover/giveback of node 1.
  2. Perform the stop/start of the VM from Azure portal.
  3. Perform the redploy of the VM (moved the VM to a new hardware)
  • If the node has panicked already, its expected to have the status to be normal and Customer to engage Microsoft for the RCA.
