Issue

When trying to add or create an Azure CVO in BlueXP we see:

An error occurred while retrieving Cloud Provider Accounts: Failed connecting to saa-mp service. Failed decoding response
An error occurred while retrieving account subscriptions: Failed connecting to saa-mp service. Failed decoding response

Cause

This issue occurs when the subscription is in 'suspended' state, and ideally, it should go to unsubscribed state after 30 days. Because of this, BlueXP couldn't read the subscription correctly even if the subscription was now active.

Please contact NetApp Technical Support or log into the NetApp Support Site to create a technical case. Reference this article for further assistance.
