GCP CVO creation fails with constraints/compute.disableSerialPortLogging violated for project

Issue

Trying to deploy an HA CVO cluster via BlueXP through Google Cloud Provider and hitting the following error when creating the working environment: 
"Constraint constraints/compute.disableSerialPortLogging violated for project <Project ID>."

Cause

  • This issue resides in GCP.
  • The organizational policy constraints/compute.disableSerialPortLogging in GCP will interfere with the creation of new clusters.
