CVO upgrade taking longer than expected

Issue

CVO single node upgrade takes more than 25 minutes required for downtime
 
Connector logs show BlueXP is attempting to do the upgrade but we get an error response:

Cause

This error message can appear when there are multiple BlueXP sessions open at the same time, high workloads or network usage in the connector

Solution

Terminate multiple active BlueXP sessions to reduce usage and numerous requests.
