CVO unable to revert LIF to home node

Issue

When attempting to revert a Data LIF, the following error message was seen:

Error: command failed: Failed to update external route tables for IP "x.x.x.x". The system was unable to establish a 
connection to the mediator node. Use the "network route show -vserver Cluster" command to verify that a route exists 
from all cluster nodes to the mediator. Ensure that external network security configuration enables communication 
between all cluster nodes and the mediator.

Cause

Mediator was not responding to route table change requests

Solution

Restarted Mediator
