CVO alerts detected with Azure maintenance

Issue
- Azure maintenance event occurs as ASUP(Auto Support) notification:
HA Group Notification from node-02 (USER_TRIGGERED (TEST:MAINT=1h Cloud Provider Maintenance Event. Status: scheduled. Type: freeze. VM: node-vm2.)) NOTIC
- The below alerts are detected from BlueXP and System Manager:
- BlueXP:
Degraded - Show Details HA cluster is not highly available.Node cluster-01 is not healthy.
HA cluster is not highly available.The node giveback was not completed.
- System Manager:
Failed to initiate giveback. Run the "storage failover show-giveback" command for more information.
Event - clam.node.ooq: Node (name=cluster-01, ID=1000) is out of "CLAM quorum" (reason=seen by HA partner).
- BlueXP:
- Auto giveback failed due to CIFS lock and after manually giving back, the above alerts have been cleared.
