CVO Discover Azure failed with error

Issue

When attempting to discover or manage certain CVO instances in Azure via the NetApp console, the following errors are encountered:
“Action not allowed for user”
“The selected instance ‘VsaWorkingEnvironment-xxxxxxx’ does not belong to your account or organization. Select another instance.”
“Could not find Working Environment with ID VsaWorkingEnvironment-xxxxxxx”

Cause

A bug with tenancy v4 APIs caused this Action not allowed for user error.

Solution

A patch addressing Tenancy V4 API bug was released on December 1, 2025.
