Issue

Error when trying to restore file/folder from BlueXP

    "Failed to start file explore. Failed to run new ADC container. Requested memory (8589934592 bytes) exceeds allocatable 
     memory limit: (1561579696 bytes)."
 
BlueXP is not working properly after upgrade

Cause

Connector VM instance is not on recommended instance type.

Solution

  • Upgrade the connector VM instance to recommended type and  perform the restore again.
    • CPU: 8 cores or 8 vCPUs
    • RAM: 32 GB
  • An instance type that meets the CPU and RAM requirements above. We recommend Standard_D8s_v3
