BlueXP does not display latest version just released

  • Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO)

Issue

  • It is right after the release of the new version by the download site.
  • A new upgrade version is not displayed in "New ONTAP version XXXX is available" frame.
  • The latest version is not displayed in the list below after clicking "Select older versions" under "Upgrade Now!".

Cause

The BlueXP side needs more time than the download site for updating it.

Solution

  • Please wait for several days and then the working environment will display it.
  • If it is necessary to upgrade promptly, please upgrade CVO manually.
