  • CVO upgrade started by using a specific ONTAP URL image
  • Prechecks run successfully but upgrade does not progress
  • Cluster show has the cluster healthy and HA is enabled
  • Cluster image package show-repository has downloaded the image but has not installed the ONTAP software to the nodes
  • Source image has been verified
