NetApp Console fails to accept AWS private offer

Issue

  • After accepting an AWS Marketplace private offer and select 'Set up your account', the NetApp Console UI displays the following error messages and opens the subscription page without the new annual contract:

Your session has expired. The page will refresh automatically to restore your access. Could not resolve aws token
