Issue

The customer is unable to convert Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO) system PAYGO from node-based to capacity-based licensing. Attempt to convert fails with error message  'You can't convert the license for the discovered Cloud Volumes ONTAP system because the system is registered to another account or organization.'
